Terms of Service & Carriage Conditions
Last Updated: October 17, 2026 • Governed by the Laws of the State of New Jersey, United States
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Carriage govern all transportation and logistics services provided by Globeline Cargo LLC (“Globeline Cargo”, “we”, “us”), headquartered at 350 16th Ave, Irvington, New Jersey 07111, United States. By tendering a consignment to us or utilizing our digital tracking portal at https://www.globelinecargo.com, the shipper, consignee, and any party with an interest in the shipment agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Service & Partner Carriers
Globeline Cargo operates both direct carriage networks and multimodal partner logistics. We reserve the right to route shipments through our own facilities or transfer custody to authorized partner carriers (including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, and local postal authorities) to complete final delivery.
3. Honest Tracking & Information Accuracy
We provide electronic parcel tracking for informational convenience. Milestone timestamps, facility locations, and estimated delivery dates reflect actual operational checkpoint scans. Estimated delivery dates are non-guaranteed estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, flight disruptions, or severe weather conditions.
4. Shipper Warranties & Prohibited Items
The shipper warrants that each package is properly marked, labeled, packaged, and accompanied by accurate customs declarations. Consignments must not contain prohibited hazardous materials, explosives, narcotics, counterfeit merchandise, or items restricted under federal or international aviation safety law (ICAO/IATA). The shipper agrees to indemnify Globeline Cargo against all fines, legal expenses, or damages resulting from undeclared or prohibited contents.
5. Customs, Tariffs & Taxes
The shipper and consignee are jointly liable for all import duties, taxes, regulatory inspection fees, and customs penalties assessed by destination border agencies. Unless explicitly booked under DDP terms, all duties and taxes must be settled directly by the consignee prior to release of the shipment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Unless an additional declared value is stated and supplemental insurance purchased prior to shipment collection, Globeline Cargo’s liability for physical loss or damage is strictly limited in accordance with the Warsaw Convention, Montreal Convention, or standard international freight statutory limits (typically US $100.00 per standard parcel consignment).
7. Claims & Notices
All claims for loss, concealed damage, or delivery discrepancies must be submitted in writing to support@globelinecargo.com within thirty (30) calendar days from the scheduled or actual delivery date.
